Overview
This is a practical half-day workshop designed specifically for Emergency registrars. The workshop focuses on developing confidence and competence in a range of core ED procedures. Delivered through a series of hands-on skills stations and small group discussions, participants will have the opportunity to practise essential techniques for managing ‘low frequency, high acuity’ presentations, as well as expand their knowledge and practical skills when managing core ‘fast-track’ style presentations. Scheduled to align with the Western Australian registrar teaching morning, this session maximises accessibility while providing valuable, high-yield theoretical and procedural experience in a supportive learning environment.
