Trainee Networking Function

Calling all ACEM Trainees! It’s time to connect, compete and have some fun!
This year we’re shaking things up with a new format for the Trainee Networking Function. Designed to break the ice and spark conversation, this interactive event combines networking with a lively social darts experience at Flight Club Perth. Whether you’re a seasoned darts shooter or a complete beginner enjoy a 90-minute social darts experience with plenty of laughs along the way. Prefer to relax and mingle? The semi-private space offers plenty of seating, making it easy to chat with friendly faces and make connections that could last a lifetime.

Queer EM Networking Function: From Visibility to Action!

For the past three years, our major ACEM conferences have hosted a networking event for LGBTQIA+ITSB members, trainees and other attendees. This year, this iconic event on the ASM calendar takes on greater significance as it is also the launch of the newest ACEM network: the Queer EM Network!
LGBTQIA+ITSB community and allies are encouraged to come along to celebrate the launch of the Queer EM Network, which aims to take the College’s work in this space beyond the visible and into an organised group to improve emergency medicine for all members of the LGBTQIA+ITSB community. The Queer EM Network will work to provide connection, education, resources and collaboration, alongside the Equity and Inclusion Committee, to advance all queer/rainbow/Pride initiatives in the ACEM Equity and Inclusion Action Plan.
