Caitlin is a Senior Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department at Fiona Stanley Hospital, with 16 years of emergency nursing experience. Nursing has been a defining part of her life and career, shaped by her commitment to patient advocacy, supporting colleagues and upholding professional integrity. Caitlin is also a mother of twins, one of whom has complex medical and disability-related needs. Her experiences as both a nurse and a parent have shaped her perspective on healthcare and the challenges faced by patients and families navigating complex care.
