Ethan Williams

Registrar, Perth Children's Hospital

Ethan is a Paediatric Trainee and a PhD Candidate exploring the use of AI and Machine Learning to aid in patient flow prediction from Emergency Departments. His research focuses on performance drift, model adaptation and bridging the gap from simulation to clinical implementation. He is currently leading the PREDICT-DL trail, a live implementation of admission and length of stay prediction from triage data at Perth Children’s Hospital across 2026.
