Emergency medicine trained in Edinburgh. Western Australia ever since, working full-time in tertiary and occasionally rural emergency medicine.
I completed the Diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound in Emergency Medicine around 10 years ago and use ultrasound daily to complement my clinical assessment. POCUS education is a large focus in my portfolio both in Australia and also Nepal.
Outside of medicine, life is happily dominated by family and the adventures of raising a seven-year old son. When time permits I’ll head for a mountain range to counter the effects of working in a tertiary hospital, ultrasound education and raising a seven-year-old son.
