A highly interactive workshop on delivering sustainability projects in the Emergency Department, covering carbon footprinting, project design, and the leadership skills required to drive change at a hospital and regional level.
This interactive workshop will equip emergency medicine clinicians to be leaders in decarbonising healthcare, both in their local healthcare area and broader regions. It will arm FACEMs with change management knowledge and skills in integrating quality improvement with sustainable healthcare, which will amplify efforts to achieve net zero and avoid some of the risks that climate change poses to future generations.
There will be a specific focus on lower resourced regions of Australia and Asio-Pacific.
