Charley Greentree

Clinical Director Education, Retrieval Services Queensland; Senior Staff Specialist Redcliffe Ed; Telehealth Emergency, Queensland Health

Charley is an emergency physician and clinical educator with extensive experience in frontline care, workforce development, and professional coaching. She has both Aboriginal and Celtic heritage and approaches Indigenous health with humility, respect, and a strong commitment to cultural safety, while recognising that she does not identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
Her work focuses on strengthening emergency medicine training, supporting clinician wellbeing, and advancing models of care that respond to the diverse needs of communities across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. She is particularly interested in how connection — between clinicians, patients, families, and Country — shapes the delivery of high quality emergency care.
