Dr Shantha Raghwan is an emergency physician with interests in medical education, career sustainability, health equity, and fostering a positive and inclusive culture within emergency medicine. She is committed to supporting colleagues at all stages of their careers and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the specialty and promote equitable healthcare outcomes. Dr Raghwan is excited to be part of the ACEM Annual Scientific Meeting and welcomes the opportunity to share insights from her professional experiences and engage and learn from others.
