Dr Adrian Goudie is an Emergency Physician at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Western Australia. He has worked in Australia, South Africa and England, where he began training in ultrasound and echocardiography. His research interests include the use of ultrasound in critical illness, focussed ultrasound in emergency management and artificial intelligence. He has previously held offices as Secretary and Vice President of the World Federation for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology, President of the Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine, Chair of the Diploma of Diagnostic Ultrasound board of examiners and chair of the Ultrasound Committee of ACEM.
