Gerard O’Reilly is a senior Emergency Physician and Head of Global Programs at the Alfred Emergency & Trauma Centre, Head of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the National Trauma Research Institute, and Associate Professor at the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He has Masters qualifications in both Public Health plus Biostatistics and has completed a PhD on Trauma Registries, globally. Gerard co-chairs the Quality and Data Working Group for the WHO’s Global Alliance for the Care of the Injured and he is currently the Clinical Lead for Acute Care at Safer Care Victoria.
