Jorinde hails from the Netherlands, where she is a qualified Emergency Physician. 10 years ago she came to Australia to experience a different health system for a year, but never left. She did the ACEM’s SIMG pathway and became a FACEM. She now works in the Lyell McEwin Hospital in Adelaide and as a Medical Retrieval Consultant for the Central Australian Retrieval Service in Alice Springs. Outside of work, she enjoys kitesurfing and trail running, life at the beach and camping. Ah yes, and renovating a 1900s stone house into an airtight sustainable house…
